Items that are listed as made-to-order (MTO) are custom knit for you.
To manage requests as they come in, pre-order windows for MTO items open for one week at a time. Once the pre-ordering period is over, I collect the necessary materials and begin production on your knitwear.
Individual pieces will ship as soon as they are complete, going out no later than the "ships by" date listed beneath each item.
This is a slower process than what you might be used to with a bigger business; but the method helps me cut down on waste by only crafting items people actually want. Feel free to share sizing requests, material sensitivities, etc. since items are custom-made.
Unless there is an emergency, items will ship once they're complete, no later than the shipping date given when you pre-ordered them.
Please allow:
5-10 days for domestic shipments (within the U.S.)
10-14 days for international shipments (we ship worldwide!)
Items are shipped via USPS. International customers, please reach out if you think another shipping method could work better to serve your area.
If your item arrives damaged, I'd be happy to offer you a refund or replacement. But for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or make exchanges. All item listings include measurements to help you select the correct size.
